Saturday, August 26th from 5-7pm: King Cake Giveaway. Stop by and say hi! We’ll be giving away free King Cakes in Bruff Commons.

Sunday, August 27th from 9-10am: Meet Your NOLA Churches. Come and meet representatives from 5 different local churches: All Nations Fellowship, First Baptist New Orleans, Lakeview Christian Center, Redeemer Presbyterian, and Vintage. Snacks & Coffee provided in the Pederson Lobby of the LBC.

Tuesday, August 29th: The Religious Life Fair. We’ll be joining the other spiritual life organizations on McAlister Way!

Tuesday, August 29th at 6pm: Join us for a night at Dat Dog. Enjoy some great conversation and an intro to New Orleans cuisine!

Thursday, August 31st: Stop by and visit us at the activities expo!

Friday, September 1st at 7:00pm: Welcome Back Night. Enjoy some worship, prayer and a lot of time catching up with everyone’s summers.

Monday, September 4th from 3:00-6:00pm: Frisbee and Snoballs. Enjoy some free Plum Street Snoballs, a riveting game of Frisbee on the Bruff Quad. Meet new friends, and hang out with the members of The Bridge.

Tuesday, September 5th and Wednesday, September 6th at 7:00pm: You don’t need to know a lot of things to make a lasting difference in the world, but you do have to know the few, great, unchanging, and glorious things that matter and be willing to live and to die for them. It’s easy to slip through life in college without taking any risks-without making your life really count. But life ought not be wasted. If you want to learn more about how not to waste your life in college, and want to meet other Christian friends, then we hope you’ll join us. Meet at the PJS on Willow.
